Incline dumbbell press 40x3x5
Cable rows 85x3x8
Dumbbell curls 30x3x8
Tricep pressdowns
Got home and did ssb squat 225x3x5
Lots of work to be done to get myself back

Sandbag carry workout (43 lbs). Long hills.

Bicep and tricep bullshit
Weight is low on bench and row because shoulder is trash. Going to titrate up and strengthen as much as possible. Wont be much.
