    Press 85x3x5
    Incline dumbbell press 40x3x5
    Cable rows 85x3x8
    Dumbbell curls 30x3x8
    Tricep pressdowns

    Got home and did ssb squat 225x3x5

    Lots of work to be done to get myself back

    They put us on lockdown again. Today was last day at work for a month. I need to stay on it to keep my workouts going.

    Shoveling snow kicked my ass so I am adding some cardio to my routine.
    Did rowing workout yesterday
    Today
    Ssb squat 225x3x5
    Deadlift 225x5
    245x5
    225x5
    Sandbag carry workout (43 lbs). Long hills.

    Benchnpress 100x3x5
    Barbell row 100xx3x5
    Bicep and tricep bullshit
    Weight is low on bench and row because shoulder is trash. Going to titrate up and strengthen as much as possible. Wont be much.
