    Form notes -> I probably shouldn't have made the 2.5kg jump. However, I had terrible spotters for all of my sets. Incompetent fucks. I was also losing upper back tightness so I need to focus really hard on scapular retraction.

    Deadlift:

    Form notes -> first 3 reps were really good. Not too happy with the last 2 reps.

    I got quite sick (cold) on Monday (08/04) so I couldn't go to the gym on Tuesday (09/04). I didn't eat that much food over the last few days and have been feeling fairly miserable.

    Form notes -> fucking hell. My spotter was awful. The only reason I need a spotter is to help me unrack the bar. He barely contributed to the unracking for all 4 sets. For the first set, he kept putting his hands on the bar despite me telling him during my set to not touch the bar. The last rep of my final set of 93.5kg was really tough (strongly influenced by his shitty unracking).

    Deadlift:
    155kg x 1 x 5

    Form notes -> first 3 reps were really good. 4th was ok. 5th was poor. Going to switch to 4 day TM. Will do a top triple and 1 back off set for my intensity day. My volume day will be haltings.
