I've been working with a SS coach for the last three weeks. I wanted to make sure I was doing the lifts the best I can. Here's how I'm doing so far. I'm updating this post every time I train. All the lifts below are three working sets of five reps each. I do two empty bar sets of five and three other warm up sets before the work sets.

Interesting that you've done deadlifts every session for 5 weeks. Any problems with recovery?
