    Starting weight: 190 (7 May)
    Current weight: 200 (as of 28 May)

    I've been working with a SS coach for the last three weeks. I wanted to make sure I was doing the lifts the best I can. Here's how I'm doing so far. I'm updating this post every time I train. All the lifts below are three working sets of five reps each. I do two empty bar sets of five and three other warm up sets before the work sets.

    Good work. It's good to see that you are not only gaining weight but gaining strength. They tend to go together for a while.

    Interesting that you've done deadlifts every session for 5 weeks. Any problems with recovery?

    No problems yet! I plan to keep doing them as long as I can.
