Exciting day today - I had to buy another set of 45s because I'm about to exceed the 300 pound olympic set I bought years ago.

I'm going to be off on vacation for the rest of the week with no access to weights (camping). This last workout is ending on a good note, though, with all weights still moving up. I had been dreading that squat workout but it actually didn't feel too bad so I know I have more room to keep moving up a while longer.

First day back after almost a week of vacation: no exercise, very poor eating, almost no sleep, etc. I wasn't too pleased with the workout but just doing anything at all felt like a small victory.
