    Rest between sets; at least 5min.
    Sleeping at least 8 hours a day.
    Not eating enough to recovery properly. Which explains the accelerating weight loss.

    Good luck with the recovery. It can be pretty challenging to eat that much after years of losing weight, I hope it clicks for you!

    233lbs (2.5lbs came back as soon as I started eating above 2600 and hitting carb macro again; I assume mostly just glucose and associated water)
    I've been eating better this week. Targetting 2617cal using 229C / 286P / 62F macros. Mostly whole, simple, unprocessed foods that I prepare myself.

    Sq 310 (Depth is my nemesis, I feel like as I approach parallel, I have a harder time staying over mid-foot with 300+ lbs. It's easy with less. I'll keep working on bending at the right places.
    DL 340 (Got my Fahve in without much effort. Happy to be gaining there again)
    BP 187.5 (Got this in, finally ... but just barely pushed that last rep into lockout. Might need to use single washer increments)
    Pr 140 (Got this done without much issue)
    Cl 115
    CU 4 (Stopped making progress here and forearms hurt when I do it)
