Just trying to get my strength back, as I haven't lifted heavy since college 4 years ago...

EDIT: I am roughly 6 weeks into my LP.

    BW: 200 lbs

    Squat: 3x5 @ 265 lbs
    Bench: 3x5 @ 225 lbs
    Dead: 1x4 @ 345*

*Grip started to give out on the 5th rep of pulls. Think I locked it out, but the lockout was way softer than the previous 4 reps. So I'm not gonna count it.

    Today's last set of squats:

I'm guessing you are mid-20's? (age)

    BW: 199 lbs

    Squat: 3x5 @ 270 lbs
    Press: 3x5 @ 147.5 lbs
Hang Clean: 5x3 @ 135 lbs (below the knee)

PR on hang cleans today. Now that I'm working with a full-sized plate, I'll start doing them from the floor next week.

Squats felt good. After 275 on Monday, I'm going to start doing a light squat on Wednesday. My hips are starting to feel pretty worn out by the end of the week.

    Bench: 3x5 @ 227.5 lbs
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 345 lbs

Squats felt great until the last 2 reps of the last set – felt like the bar was sliding up my back on the ascent. Guess I had my elbows too high.

Posted a video in my ongoing squat form check thread.

    *Slept like crap*

    Squat: 3x5 @ 225 lbs
    Press: 3x5 @ 150 lbs
    Power Cleans: 5x3 @ 135 lbs

I've changed Wednesday to a light squat day. Hips are starting to feel pretty beat up come workout 3 of each week.
    Another PR on presses.
Did cleans from the floor for the first time. They weren't any harder than the hang cleans but definitely felt more badass.
Went to the doctor for a checkup after my workout this morning. BP was actually a little better than it was when I was 20 lbs lighter, doing a lot more cardio, and lifting a lot less. Go figure.

    BW: 200 lbs

    Squat: 3x5 @ 280 lbs
    Bench: 3x5 @ 230 lbs
    Deadlift: 1x4 @ 350 lbs

Soft lockout on the 5th rep of pulls again. Not counting it.
    Bench felt good.
Squats...felt good until the end of the last set again. Upper back not staying tight, I guess. Feels like the bar is "sliding up" my back a bit. Elbows shoot up out of the bottom. Gotta remember to stay tight.

Met a fellow Starting Strengther in my gym today. That was a first.
