    Good session yesterday.
    Squat 3x5 285. Knee sleeves are in the mail and I definitely notice the difference when I don't have them. I really need to focus on staying in the hips. My hips shoot back and I get on my toes. Need to stay midfoot.
    Bench 3x5 260- widened my grip and tried to keep consistent bar path and where I touched on chest. Much better than 255

    Sq-3x5 290 (sleeves came in today so it was nice to use those. Still waiting on my 3inch belt from Best belts)
    press-3x5-170
    DL-1x5 365(deload from 405), 1x3 335 back off set. Really am going to hammer my low back and make sure that stays locked in extension. Saw a little on reps 1 and 2 at 365 but got better as the set went on. Need to make sure I am set from the get go. 335 looked solid.
    Chins- 8,7,7. Working on bringing chest to bar instead of chin over bar. Much harder

    Bw floating between 220-225
    Light sq 230 2x5
    Bench 3x5 265. Pretty easy for the first set. Second set was fine. Third was a little slow. Will microload bench now. Stalled at 275 a few weeks ago so we will see if we break past it!

    Hard workout today.
    Squats 3x5 300. These felt like I ton. I need to cut off a couple inches of depth. Definitely got loose in the bottom and almost got buried. Heard Jesus command me to rise.
    Bench 3x5 270. First set was easy AF. Second set was the hardest. Bar path got wonky. 3rd set was good. Last two were a little slow. Will microload next time.
    DL1x5 375 meh. Sent to Tom in the SS Q&A.
    Back off set 1x3 340 good

    Light sq- 2x5 240. Felt ok. A little beat up from Monday's shitshow

    Press-3x5 177.5. The hip bounce thing is difficult to reproduce. I saw coach wolf begin a set with the 2.0 and then strict press the remaining. I tried that approach the first set and liked it. Did 2.0 the second and it was definitely slower. At any rate, presses are hard regardless of style.
    Chins 3x8 BW. Really trying to get chest to the bar. Don't see chins improving quickly anytime soon

    Squats-3x5 305! Stoked to make this. This was my stall weight and I smoked it. Really focused on breaking knees and hips at same time and shoving hips back. Still need to work on staying in hips on the ascent but onward and upward to 310! Close to that 315 milestone.

    Bench 5,4,3 272.5- not sure what happened here. Blew my load on the squats. I probably could've gotten 4 on the last set but I decided to rack it. My stall was 274 previously. Will switch to triples. Did work late last night.

    starting strength coach development program
    8.22.17
    Had to change workout schedule to Tues/Thr/Sat

    Bw 225-226 past few days
    Squats 3x5 310- first set was great. Second set was meh. Third was hard AF. My biggest issue is cranking my elbows. Need to go see coach Kennedy again

    Press 3x5 180- not so bad. Felt better than 177.5. Think I might be getting the hang of the 2.0 style. I can definitely notice the rep being easier when I get a good bounce.

    DL 1x5 380, 1x3 345
    Both felt pretty good. The 380 felt better than the 375 I did last week but still had some rounding. I sent the video to the technique forum so we shall see what everyone says
