Week 1, Day 3 - 7/25/17 - Tuesday

Squat - 110 3x5

Press - 55 3x5

Deadlift - 135 1x5

The bar position of the low bar squat is really bothering me. The weight feels really heavy on my back and starts to slip off. However, my legs aren't even sore after?

Press and deadlift are coming along. Probably gonna go down to 10 lb jumps on my deadlifts now.

I'll post a video of the training footage from my next session to see if I can get some input on it.

Also gonna try to get in contact with a local SSC to see if I can get some in-person coaching.
