Squat: 290lb 3x5 might be a bit light on depth
Bench: 225lb 3x5
Chin up: 8,8,5,8
Went in our pool to cool down after then hot tub for 30 min and when drying off felt a twinge below right knee on inside.
Couldn't put much weight on it
Put ice on it for a bit
Went on with my day walking fine
Running around with my boy and cleaning the house it's a bit aggravated again but no pain.
Going to rest and ice it more and hopefully it is nothing.
Is it a sign I need to back the weight off ten pounds on squats and work on form, my right knee has been trying to fall inward on the way up a bit.
Been using tubow on warm ups to prevent knee slide on the heavy sets.

Knees still a bit sore last couple days, no pain
Squats: 290lb 5,5,4 bit of discomfort in left knee on first set, no pain, quads a bit sore afterward. Videos look like my knees slide a bit at the bottom on some of my reps, maybe lowering a bit too fast and could be a bit tighter on the way down. May post another video in technique section.
OH Press: 125lb 3x5
Deadlift: 327lb 3,2 short pause between to reset. Hook grip worked great on work set.

Squat: 297lb 3c5
some reps were a bit short of depth but no knee slide. Reps with good depth looks like maybe I'm relaxing at the bottom or something and knees slide forward an inch. Practiced with tubow on warmups and it helped a bit.
OH press: 127lb 5,3,5,5
Power clean: 147lb 5x3
