Great work so far! I'm sure a little nose bleed won't hurt. Got a slight sun burn on the Jersey Shore on Sunday ... glad I won't have to squat until Friday!

Sorry about the burn, I was like a drunken fiend with the spray sunscreen on my shoulders where the bar goes. I think I gassed some seagulls, but they had it coming.

Thanks Mr. Bingley, slow and steady gainzzz!

Well after a few weeks of shoulder mobility work I was able to low bar squat today. The first set was a little weird to re-establish my balance while I was facing down, but sets 2 and 3 felt pretty good. Although I certainly feel my hips more tonight!

    Squat 3x5 255
    Bench 3x5 160
    Light Dead 1x5 275
    Pull Downs 3x5 180

Got stuck on the last rep of my press today and couldn't get it. I think the answer to Rip's 3 questions is that I didn't wait long enough between sets. I'll get it next time.

    Press 2x5 and 1x4 115

    Today was a day!

Last night I had a sleep study. The result was my first real taste of terrible recovery, but I'm proud to say I soldiered through and now it's time to sleep! Also I forgot my notebook and the weight cave at my gym has no wifi or cell coverage to visit the Starting Strength training logs, so I did it from memory as best I could. I got pretty close, with the exception of deadlifts. I'm supposed to do an %80 de-load on B day but instead only did a %96 de-load...whoops.

    Squat 3x5 255
    Bench 3x5 165
    Dead 1x4 315
    Pull Downs 3x5 185

Today some nice girl decided to spread out her own personal crossfit type circuit throughout all 3 of the "good" squat racks. I had to use all my charm to get her to let me use just one. I have to admit, though, that goblet squats with a 15kg kettle bell do look kind of cool, but I guess I'll stick to this way.

    Squat 3x5 270
    Bench 3x5 170
    Dead Deload Day 1x5 285
    Pull Downs 3x5 190
