My squat was all over the place today. For whatever reason I had issues with bar placement which led to balance issues. Still got it done.

I finally got lifting shoes over the weekend, so this was my first session with them, it was...different. In addition to the shoes I've been working hard on my shoulder mobility so I could do a low bar squat. I spent a lot of time today at a sub maximal weight trying to get form, bar position, and balance right. Not sure I did it.

Pretty good day today. Got my lifts in, except for the overhead press. This was the second workout where I failed the last one. I think I didn't wait long enough.

Had a pretty good stomach bug over the weekend and it cost me Monday's training session. Ended up losing about 12 lbs in 72 hours the messy way. Got back to lifting today and I naively thought that I'd do better after having 2 extra recovery days, but it was tough!
