Did Orange Theory Fitness with gf. It was not strength training. Lots of running and poor weight lifting technique. Good for getting exhausted/calorie burning, but not much else. I burned 750 calories and had to go home and eat a shitload to make up for it. Back to SS in a day or two after my calves don't feel like exploding

Got some help from the technique forum and trying out some adjustments today. Going down a little in weight so I can focus on the technique and build back to where I was.
