I am preparing for the Air Force. I did SS from October-February, but got injured and and started back just a few days ago. Believe it or not, started in October at 142 and was around 160-65 by feb. It is night and day difference. I am hoping to get to around 180-190 soon. We'll see. Thanks for the encouragement!
