    Felt great. Weighed in just under 80kg.

    Power Clean: 62.5kg 5x3

    Those cleans are definitely not technically sound. Hitting the upper thighs pretty hard, not getting under the bar quick enough and jumping backwards a little. I'll start spending some more time beforehand with technical drills before considering a pause or reset. Squats are feeling very good, fixed the hip shift and there's no sign of any calf pain.

    Press: 50kg 3x5
    Power clean: 65kg 5x3

    Cleans felt so much better today after some careful adjustments to my cues. Still need to work on the foot positioning after initiating the second pull. Presses were grindy on the last set but should be good to go with microloading from here. Squats felt great. Weighed in at 80.5kg.

    starting strength coach development program

    Bench: 72.5kg
    Deadlift: 120kg 1x5

    Tricep tendonitis from squats has been insane, I need to take a short break from them. Will high bar for a little to keep things moving though. I wasn't happy with my deadlift form at 140kg so I took a deload. Hopefully the break from low bar will allow me to establish my deadlift well ahead again. On the plus side, bench felt great.
