Hi!
I haven't touched a barbell in about a year, but have been fairly active due to my employment. I've completed a novice LP previously, but to relatively lackluster results. After the LP I used the Texas Method for a little while before hiring a powerlifting coach and competing in a couple relaxed novice meets. I'd like to compete again, and knew it would be a good idea to run the novice LP once more. I'm a young father and have gone back to senior school this year to study mathematics and the sciences before setting my sights on university. I currently hold a membership to the local YMCA which is relatively well equipped to do the program in. I'm currently 19 years of age, 174cm tall and weigh 75kg.
