    Figured this would be the best place to keep myself accountable for my work. Thanks to a long conversation with coach Scott Hambrick, I will be starting my LP again.

    First day on anti-depressants. Nauseous, dizzy, no appetite. Oh well.

    230x5x3 on squat (felt super heavy)

    150x5x3 on bench (felt easy for some reason)

    Feel like shit, can't eat, surviving on whole milk and Slipknot.

    Squat 235x5x3

    Press 105x5x3

    Deadlift 255x5 (hex plate nightmare)

    Can you get 5 lb. tech. plates to bring with you so you won't be stuck with just hex plates?

    It's a college gym, don't know if I'm allowed to store them there.
