    Starting the program. Just wanted some thing documented. All feed back is welcome. I never do over head press and I shows.
    Current 1rm
    Squat 650 lbs
    Bench 490
    Deadlift-623
    All competition lifts

    Squats
    week 1- 405 5x5
    Week 2-415 5x5
    Week 3-425 5x5

    Deadlift
    Week 1-405 5x5
    Week 2- 425 5x5

    Press
    Week 1- 155 5x5

    Bench press
    Week 1-365 5x5

    Welcome. The SS Linear progression can strengthen anyone but you are starting at a higher weight than most SS novices have. Do you have the books? May I ask why you don't do the overhead press?

    Would you share your age, height and weight?
