    Little bit about me:

    Male
    180cm
    87kg ish

Getting back to the barbell after some time off.

Currently trying to cut bodyfat whilst getting stronger.

Doing SS but using the SL app as I prefer the UI and would rather do rows instead of cleans for now.

Have a physical job with some long days so I sometimes only get to workout twice a week.

I workout in a home gym built from scaffolding, it does the job!

I have also just started a blog about my experiences and thoughts, find it here:

Decent workout back on 'the program'

Will be simply attaching SL snapshots for this log to keep things simple and neat.

    Deadlift needs some form work.

Tired today. Lack of sleep. Too much coffee today. Felt wired and drained out at the same time.

Great workout today. Form was really good on squats and deads.

Weights still going up, bodyweight constant atm. Need to eat less to cut more.

Squat form not great today. Bench felt very heavy. Rows were good but still working on form.

Also I have increased rows to 5kg increments to get them to 'catch up'.

Bodyweight down a bit which is surprising as Ive been eating pretty badly. Not complaining though!

Squats and deads good. Press heavy as fuck, so form was a bit ugly. Failed the last set anyway.

Press is always the first reset though!
