After some discussion with Robert
Santana at the link below, I’ve clarified my 3 month goals as doing LP while cutting down to 105kg.
Just need to make sure I’m always eating enough to facilitate LP, and not doing a crazy diet if for whatever reason I only hit 106-7kg. Currently eating around 3,700kcal a day, of which c240g protein.

Monday 5th February @107.6kg bodyweight:
Squat 95kgx5x3
Press 46x5x3
Deadlift 115x5
Press felt much easier than the last work sets at 45kg. I used a closer grip which I think helped.
I was aiming to do a 3.5kg increase on deadlift and pull 116kg, but all my warm ups felt off so decided to just pull 115kg. Of course, 115kg then flew up...

Wednesday 7th February @107.7kg bodyweight.
Squat 100kg x5x3
Bench 35kg DBs x5x3
Deadlift 120kg x5
So bad news is I am now off travelling for work for about 10 days. Frustrating this came up at such short notice. One of the hotels looks like it has some fixed weight barbells and dumbbells so I might just be able to train press and bench but won’t be heavy enough to trains squats or pulls.
Good news is I thought that given my enforced lay off and extra recovery time I would try to make some symbolic lifts and go for 100kg on squat and 120kg on deadlift. And pleased to have made it.
Will probably have to reset them to 90/110kg respectively when I’m back from travelling though.

Didn’t feel heavy, just tired and stiff after a week off. Should be able to do 5kg squat and pull increase on Friday. Just pleased I haven’t put on weight, and finished my trip quicker than expected,

Too much work last week to train. Hopefully back into a good run of training now. 120/140kg squat/deadlift work sets by Easter.
Today didn’t feel heavy, but knew I’d be super sore if I trained hard. At least my bodyweight is down

First update here for a while. Progress on lifting and bodyweight has been bumpy, as work and life get in the way.
But on 22nd April 2018 I weighed 107kg and squatted 110kg for 3 sets of 5.
So still progress (just).

Good progress so far, I'm toying with the idea of DB Bench since I lift alone and you can't take benches into the racks. It's a toss up between always leaving a rep or two in the tank on barbell Bench (which I'm doing atm) or making the switch to dumbbells.

Gibby, I’m back to doing barbell bench press now as there are generally more folk in the gym. I wouldn't do it by myself though. The dumbbells only went up in 2.5kg increments which was getting too big a jump
