First of all, commend you for soliciting feedback. Squat depth looks a smidge high.... just an inch or so from what I see. DL looks like your butt could come down a hair and chest up and lose a little bit of the rounded back. Press looked very good to me. Of course a real SS coach may say I'm full of it, but it's my best interpretation. Again, the fact that your doing this with your son is awesome. Keep up the good work. Watching your bar speed, you are going to be steadily increasing and getting stronger and stronger. Looking forward to your journey.

Thanks! The DL is definitely something I am aware of and trying to focus on correcting form.

My son joined me as well and he squatted and did bench. I still have to remind him to take it slow and do proper warm ups with just the bar and gradually work up to your working sets.

    B - 48x3x5

His first set of squat had some movement in his knees and he focused on keeping better control the final 2 sets. I was really impressed with him.

Felt my form on squat and deadlift are improving. Weight is still going up 10lbs per session, but squat on last few reps was considerable strain. I never felt like I wasn't able to complete, but just felt like it was starting to get harder. I dropped down from 10lb to 7lb increment on bench and I felt like 10lbs probably would have been fine, but I am ok with it.

I am getting close where I need at least one more set of 45 plates. Found a guy with some used plates locally that I will pick up soon.
