Squat 285lbs 5,5,5 Went well, although getting hard. Making decision to move to 3lb increments. Press 131lbs 5,4,3 First set, 4th rep was really rough and 5th was major grind for about 3 seconds and finally pushed it up. Stalled on 2nd set on last rep. Deciding to move to 1lb increments. Deadlift 290lbs 5 Chin Ups BW 0,0,0 No chins due to late evening session.
Been a while since I updated my logs. I haven't stopped the program, just haven't entered them. Will try to post them this weekend.

I know I started with artificially low numbers as I hadn't lifted in years and I wanted to be conservative.
Still haven't been able to update all my logs.
