- Recovery issue.
- Bar breaking off floor and hitting consistent sticking point mid shin on both 80kgs and 78kgs identical with and without straps.
- Next session light, last session of week 80kgs.
- Difficulty learning mix grip.
- Difficulty with bar scraping and bruising shins.
