    Press: 27.5x2x1, 25x3x1, 26x5x2. Microloading from here on in.
    Deads: 80x0, 78x0, 70x5x1.
    • Recovery issue.
    • Bar breaking off floor and hitting consistent sticking point mid shin on both 80kgs and 78kgs identical with and without straps.
    • Next session light, last session of week 80kgs.
    • Difficulty learning mix grip.
    • Difficulty with bar scraping and bruising shins.
