Bodyweight: 211 (No idea why it's going up...I hardly ate much over the weekend.)
    Squat: 230 x 5 x 3
    Bench: 160 x 5 x 3
    DL: 275 x 5

    Lots of firsts today:
First time training without my Starting Strength Coach (went to the YMCA).
First time training in the afternoon instead of the morning.
First time with my new lever belt.
And while I'm at it, first time using my new Bluetooth headphones.

No trouble with the weight, but the belt was tough to use on the deadlift. I'll get used to it, though.

Here's the new 4" (10 mm thick) lever belt by Pioneer. It's pretty awesome...this is the buckskin color with black edging.

    Bodyweight: 209
    Squat: 240 x 5 x 3
    Bench: 165 x 5 x 3 *failed last rep
    DL: 280 × 5

Sick. Felt exceedingly weak for every rep. Unable to get last bench rep up. Almost failed deadlifts too, but discarded belt so I could get more air/range of motion. I had just enough strength left to get all 5 reps completed. Will redo 165 on bench next time.

    12/18/17
    Bodyweight: 209
    Squat: 245 x 5 x 3 *failed rep 4 of set 3
    Press: 122 x 5 x 3
    Chins: 2 regular + 1 negative x 3 sets

Sicker. Felt weaker and more fatigued than last session. Failing the squat was a bummer, but I have no doubt it's because I'm so run down. Looking forward to getting better soon so these failures stop occuring.

    Bodyweight: 209
    Squat: 205 × 5 x 2 (Light day)
    Bench: 165 x 5 x 3
    DL: 285 x 5

Still sick but feeling a bit better. Did a light squat day. Definitely helped with the other lifts. Heading out of town for 2 weeks today. Will be training in various gyms along the way.

    Bodyweight: 209
    Squat: 250 x 5 x 3
    Press: 125 x 5 x 3
    Chins: 3 + 0; 2 + 1; 1 + 2

Trained at CalFit in Folsom, CA. A guy on the weight machines had a heart attack and flatlined. Paramedics were there quickly and brought him back. He then got up and tried going to his car to leave. Cops and medics eventually stopped him to continue treating him. He was one stubborn and ungrateful S.O.B!

    Squat: 255 x 5 x 3
    Bench: 170 x 5 x 3
    DL: 290 x 5

Caught a different virus. Got even sicker than the week before. Whole family has been laid up for 4 days over Christmas holiday. Dragged myself to CalFit in Rancho Cordova, CA today. Squats were really hard, but doable. Bench was actually not too bad. Deadlift required a reset between each rep due to sweaty hands, no chalk, no straps and weird plates that walked all over the place after being set down. Will get chalk/straps for my gym bag asap.
