    Training history:

    I followed an SS style LP for the Squat/Weighted Dip/Chin/Deadlift and Press to with all time PR's of 305x5x1/+135x3/+65x4/355x3x1/185x1

    Right now I'm very much interested in stuffing as much ground beef into my face hole as I can, DTFP and learning how to grind.
