Knees haven't felt this good since Sept, gonna continue with 10 pound jumps on squats for a bit. Press felt heavy, misgrooved 3rd rep on set 1 and almost didn't get 5.

Press stalling for 3rd time. Might change up press programming a little.

Deadlift 325 x 3 x 2. Grip fail at rep 4 of set 1. Waited 3 mins and did another set of 3.

Squat 295 x 4, 245 x 5 x 3.
Bench: 280 x 1, 235 x 5 x 5 (changing up bench programming)
Chins: 5, 4, 4
Slight back tweak on 295 squat rep 4 of set 1. Worked back up with warmup weights and did 245 for work sets instead, felt OK afterwards, prob too cautious.

BW:241.6 (got new scale at home, heavy maybe?)
Press: 167.5 x 1, 135 x 8 x 4
Rows: 185 x 5x 3
Close Grip Bench: 225 x 8, 8, 7, 6 (program called for 4 x 8, decrease weight)
Forgot my belt and knee sleeves for squats, will pick up tomorrow. Finding out my work capacity for anything over 5 reps is not good.
