    Squat: 380 1x1 PERSONAL RECORD

    Press: 185 made 2 attempts but didnít get it.

    Chin-ups: 1x4

    Squat felt really easy. Surprised that 185 press didnít want to go up. Iím thinking 385 squat 180 press and 435 deadlift will be the way to accomplish this total.

    Deadlift: 420 1x1

    Accomplished my 1000lb total. Now I can wear the T-shirt. Yay!

    Bench: 246 1x4, 225 2x5

    Chin-ups: 2 AMRAP & Lat Pulldown: 202.5 2x5

    Barbell Curls: 90 2x5

    Calf Raises: 60 3x10

    Now that I have achieved a 1000lb total I am shifting my priorities. My goal is to maintain/micro load the major lifts for the next few months while focusing on losing 20lbs. The last several months I have a maintained my weight while slowly increasing strength which has slightly improved body composition. Now I will shift to maintaining strength while losing weight. 1lb per week weight loss will be a healthy and reasonable way to achieve this goal over the next several months. My current weight is 244.
