    I ate Beef/Salt/Water strict for about 2 weeks. Iíve lost 20 pounds since the beginning of December. Iím currently at 223. Plan is to get down to about 200 and start training again. Right now Iím just exercising. Haha. Iíd like to accomplish a 1000 pound total weighing about 200 pounds. I donít like how I feel at 245 even though my leverages bla bla bla.
