    I ate Beef/Salt/Water strict for about 2 weeks. I’ve lost 20 pounds since the beginning of December. I’m currently at 223. Plan is to get down to about 200 and start training again. Right now I’m just exercising. Haha. I’d like to accomplish a 1000 pound total weighing about 200 pounds. I don’t like how I feel at 245 even though my leverages bla bla bla.
