Barbell Curl: 70 3x8
Got excited on the 4th rep of the bench and went a little lower on the touch point than I should have. This made the 4th rep way harder and therefore I failed the 5th rep. I have the 5th rep in me. Just need to focus on my form the next work out. I did 225 for a set of 5 just to practice my form with heavy weight.

I got poor sleep and I woke up today with my back and neck just feeling a little painful. Like I slept wrong or my back was just waiting to get thrown out. But I showed up anyway and did a couple PR’s. Sometimes you feel like garbage or you have aches and pains for no particular reason but you show up anyway and everything works together for good. I’m glad I showed up instead of skipping.
