Now that I have achieved a 1000lb total I am shifting my priorities. My goal is to maintain/micro load the major lifts for the next few months while focusing on losing 20lbs. The last several months I have a maintained my weight while slowly increasing strength which has slightly improved body composition. Now I will shift to maintaining strength while losing weight. 1lb per week weight loss will be a healthy and reasonable way to achieve this goal over the next several months. My current weight is 244.

Didn’t feel like training today but did it anyway. Form on press was atrocious. Had form been better at least a set up of 4 could have been achieved. Next session will be at least 4 and probably 5 reps.
