Paused Bench Press: 3x5 @ 115 lbs (80% of 5 RM)

Nagging hip issue made me wonder if switching to high bar would help. Well it definitely won't help my strength. I do not have the movement pattern down for this variation of squat, so it looks very clumsy and weak.
