Since I screwed up schedule and lifted yesterday, as opposed to Saturday, just screwed around with squat and pull to get me to Wed -- but wanted to keep presses on track.
Working out in unheated buildings is rough. I have strapped water bottles to my bar to warm it up enough to touch. Wool sweaters, hat, and a small electric heater. You learn to make do.
