    Squat
    45x5x2
    135x5
    165x3
    195x1 belt
    225x1 belt
    245x4+f belt

Lost it a bit forward and lost extension in low back. Was the most consistent depth within a set I've had yet this round.

    Thought about reloading bar:

    a) nope, I'm a ____________
    b) give the tendonitis a bit more of a break

    Dead
    135x5
    185x3
    225x1 belt / hook / chalk
    255x5x2 belt / hook / chalk

    Chins (negative)
    BWxFail

Attempted to start with chest at bar. Wasn't happening.

Inverted Rows (bar two hole spacings below squat height)
    10,8,7

    Tunes
.38 Special: Rockin' Into the Night

"I ain't no new messiah, but I'm close enough for rock and roll"

Might still have the 8-track around. The 1st rap album??

I am perhaps the only person alive who can "sing" Classified at full speed from memory.

    Great lifting!

I will believe that. You are probably the only other one on the board that knows the song exists.

I can imagine the joy in any housemates over the years when you break out a few lines.

My CW McCall bucket list might be to get a CJ5, drop the 4 miles down to Old 30, head west, take a detour to Pisgah, stop at the Old Home Filler-up an' Keep on a-Truckin' Cafe (currently Dave's Old Home Cafe), jump back on 30 taking a detour again to see if the sign at the tunnel really says, "Clearance 12 Feet."

    Default Fri - 10/30/2020 - noon - 60 min

    am BW 237

Lightest I've been in a week and - today - I damn near lose a belt hole. WTH?

    Press (H)
    43x5x2
    68x5
    88x3
    108x1 belt
    123x5x3 belt
    113x5 belt

Being a bit greedy, but it worked.

S2 was rough. S3 cruising until I had to step back to save R4, R5 ok.

Noticed right arm leading on S2. Worked to improve that on remaining sets.

    Bench (L)
    45x10
    95x5
    135x3
    165x5x3

    CGBP
    145x6x3

    Easier than the regular bench.

    Tunes
Ozark Mountain Daredevils: The Ozark Mountain Devils

Ya'll know how to get heaven, don't ya?

    Quinine
    Gin & Tonic: Hayman's & Best Choice

That happens to me too sometimes. I always catch it with, "damn the belt sure feels tight today" and then I hit the scale and I'm down 2lbs or something.

I can never get into these. I've watched the how-to video on the site and all, but any time I try them my shoulders hurt like hell with anything more than the bar. So, I still stick with paused.

If I would have purchased an EZ Curl bar back in Feb/Mar when it was pandemic panic spending mode, I would be doing LTE's.

The left arm/elbow has been an issue at heavier bench sets during the last LP runs. Generally, R1 of every workset is a looooong paused rep while the elbow gets situated. I've moved grip around a bit, but the only one that is always ok is close grip. It may become my primary bench at some point.

I'm not familiar with the original, but I grew up in a part of the country where you could get Kern's bread, so I'm more familiar with these versions:

Don't recall those. Same music and melody. I'm too lazy to research whether the commercial or song came first.
