    More training w/ COVID. Hit with fever Friday afternoon and again on Saturday. Easily knocked back with acetaminophen. Spent yesterday as worthless on the couch or in bed.

    I hope to squat/deadlift again on Saturday.

    Some residual fatigue from COVID. I've had 2 or 3 days where I crashed for a nap, or in chair around 7pm.

    Need to get back work (physical location) to get away from the fridge and the pantry.
