My googe-fu wasn't working well the other day to find Desdemona. If you mean the Polish metal band w/ a female lead, I'll check them out over the next week. Thanks for the suggestion.

The "cold" thing was interesting. Don't recall ever having "24-hour" cold before.
As far as the manual labor, just because I'm capable doesn't always mean I should. As always, takes longer than expected (still not done).
Unfortunately, even with the horrendous bar-path, the 2 reps were easy.
My thoughts too. Seems the leader of Mal Hombre was the lead singer/rhythm guitar for Red.

Poor macro choices the last few days may have had some effect on the session.

No surprise.
S1: Same old, same old - no focus on 1st set. Did grind on the +f.
S2: Did not attempt R5
S3: Started bar too far in front on +f, no grind possible.
Trouble locking out left side (noticed on bench too). May have slightly sprained left wrist last Saturday sheeting the roof I'm working on.

Enjoying some progressive metal bands that I did not pay attention to when they were releasing material.
Nice work going on.
Desdemona is a song be the Allman Brothers, you can find it on YouTube.
Along with my search engine failure, my brain failed to notice that you posted right after my Allman Brothers selection. :)
There is a lot going on in the 9 minutes of Desdemona. Nice ride.
Enjoyed the entire album. I was on a Warren Haynes / Gov't Mule kick for awhile and have spent time enjoying the Tedeschi Trucks Band, but failed to stumble across the Allman Brothers final studio album.
Again, thanks for the recommendation.
Lacking motivation, but I have been training (depending upon one's definition). Intensity without volume does not work for me.
Additionally, I have been dreaming of pulverizing the dried out christmas cookies, peanut brittle & fudge and smoking it through an ice-milk bong.

Attempted this yesterday and pussed out after 1st workset of x4+f. Mad enough at myself 5 hours later that I considered attempting it again yesterday. Instead, I decided to enjoy a Warped Speed scotch ale from Lake Louie and lift today.

I've been on an obscure albums of the '70's kick. Really enjoy these guys. GROOVE!
After Kossoff died, his band continued.

Kept attempting to Press heavy after the sprained wrist. By not being able to lock out properly, seems it aggravated the delt down into the bicep. Finally decided to back weight off enough today to get sets across. Previously, tried to stay heavy, had major discomfort and quit set.
BTW, no volume makes the press worthless in short order.

Finally had good focus on S1. Made all sets "easier."

Continuing the lesser known bands of the '70 trip.
Prefer the 1st album. They changed up the band a bit for 2nd.
