    First body weight bench since 2002 (when I was much lighter, younger and benched more than today)

    blah, blah, almost no sleep, blah, blah... coffee didn't solve problem..

    Haha. Took me a second. But I'm right there with you. Plenty of 90+ minute wide-awakes in the middle of the last several nights. It really makes getting out into the garage a struggle. But things move OK once started.

    Hopefully we're out of this cycle soon.

    Donated blood Monday and "amazingly" I still have antibodies after 10 months. Covid in Nov. Antibodies at the end of Mar, May, Jul & Sep. No known financial incentive for the blood bank to produce a false positive antibody test.

    This session should have happened Wed.

    3rd time not hitting target. However, this went better than expected as I was talking myself out of completing each set. If press keeps moving, I don't mind sitting at this weight a couple more times.
