    I have no "light" days. Lifting 3x/week. Alternating Bench & Press. Within each lift I'm alternating Volume & Intensity.

    If you mean the seated press, it was a bit of punishment for the intensity press failure two days earlier.

    Which leads to Focus issues.
    Then Form degredation. And finally,
    Failure.

    Unfortunately, I'm in a spell where feelings are having more of an effect than knowledge. Keep pushin' on....
