    Thanks for stopping by. Glad you found something entertaining, if not necessarily educational. "Don't call us.." is one those early to mid-70's songs that really stuck in my pre-teen mind. I've found I really enjoy "Wild Child" and "Easy Evil" off the greatest hits disc.

    Courtyard conditions not conducive to standing press. Standing Rx was 88x5x3, figured 85x5x3 seated was likely more difficult.

    Thanks to watching a recent labellatl video, I learned that grabbing the bar from the standing position, then sitting is easier than (and allows for the correct grip) having the hooks at seated height and trying to scoot back.

    Not as comfortable as I hoped. But set did not take as long as I thought it did.

    General Comment
    Missed two sessions. Scheduling conflicts with my preferred times. Had windows to lift, but not the discipline. However, I did go with the next scheduled Rx. First time for everything.
