Cinched up another hole and tried WS again. Having some difficulty setting lower back. I know it ain't heavy. Attempting to run a caloric deficit and I am pretty sure I am short on protein. Maybe I crossed an invisible age line? I was hoping to add 10lbs for 3 more consecutive sessions.

It has been a bad week. Someone went to the apple orchard and brought back a dozen apple cider donuts and then made an apple crisp (I forgot to top the ice cream with protein powder). Someone else made brownies. I decided to have a shake and curly fries with an Arby's roast beef yesterday instead of the 3 eggs I took to fry up for lunch.

WS,R2 felt a bit of strain in left lumbar, kept hands on bar, tried to pull 3 more times. Rested 3 minutes and pulled remaining 3 np.
How joyous it is to share the mental shit-show that is my deadlift. I can only hope that Rip, Santana or Uncle Shug come by and use some derogatory and appropriate term to motivate me.
