One thing I just noticed - if you haven't been using your belt for the bench, start. It will help, just as it does with the other lifts.

Yes to belt & bench. Leg drive helps too.

My bench was never good, but lately had gotten worse. I do have a Pioneer lever belt but don't use it much, and never for benching. Maybe I should.

Tendonitis pain put an end to the session. It has affected the bench before, but never the press - wtf.
Probably could have dropped the weight and then completed the LTE's. Decided to take day off. We shall see if it has an effect on Friday's bench.

No fails on worksets - did not attempt to get to 5.
From S2 onward, I took video from top of head. It showed:
- flare in left elbow. I am certain this has been happening forever. I was surprised that is does not happen in both arms.
- it appears that I am not locking out left arm.
I have been wondering about left elbow structure for a few weeks. Tendonitis has only ever been in left arm. Left elbow pops and creeks almost every time bent/extended. Need to do some studying on bone spurs, floaters, birth defects and just plain laziness on my part to extend arm. For the final 3 sets at 135 I moved the left grip in an inch, normal, out an inch. I'll be reviewing the video for this session many times over the wknd.
