Note so when I look back and think WTH have I been doing the past few weeks.

Mixture of OLAD, NLP & HLM. Striving to keep session < 1 hr (thus the 6 days/wk) and to keep training consistently. Employer just extended the (mostly) work from home through June. That should allow for lifting and homesteading.

    Week starts on Friday.

    Pressing Movements

    Bench focused HLM

Fri: Bench - heavy - currently volume
Sun: Press - heavy - volume, accessory
Tue: Press - light, Bench - medium (has been cgbp - may introduce paused regular bench)

    Lower Body

Has been NLP. I'm not sure if I'll head toward strict OLAD with some accessories, or train both twice a week H/L.

Guess you'd call it instinctive/hybrid training. As long as you get it in is all that matters.

At the moment , your statement is where I am at. Consistency, consistency, consistency. If it looks like "training" in the short-term, all the better.

Left elbow issues continued last week. On Friday, I benched to a top set of 245x4+f. Video showed lack of lockout / inability to fully straighten left arm. Walked away after the fail.

Extending and flexing caused discomfort and pain (couldn't flex to put a q-tip in ear). Saw chiro on Sat AM. I find the chiro helpful with limbs (elbow/wrist, knee/ankle). I have learned deadlifts are better for the low back than the chiro. In this case, chiro visit did not help. Fortunately, Saturday evening as I extended my arm, a crack/pop occurred that was heard throughout the house. Elbow has been better since, but some discomfort remains. Decided to rest arm until today.

Video of left arm extension / lockout much better today.

Improvement is good, and I can relate. As you know, that's my daily existence with many (if not most) of my joints.

Bar rolled away during breath/reset after R3 due to the not level platform. Didn't feel like fighting it.
