am BW 231 - stuck at an unwanted plateau
Did a little research and found Delgadillo's Upper Body programming article which fit nicely into schedule to start today. He refers to this as a compressed TM. We'll see how it goes. I have done H/L and HLM for the upper body. In both cases, I snuck in an extra day and (too many?) assistance exercises.

A little less than 90% of planned singles in a couple of days. Nick's article suggests 2 to 3 min rest. Being conservative, I opted for 4 min rest periods. I'll probably stick w/ 4 min rest periods.
Strict was strange after only doing standing 2.0.
