    Bench Press:
    45 x 5 x 2
    135 x 5
    175 x 1
    205 x 5 x 5

    Press:
    45 x 5 x 2
    95 x 5
    115 x 2
    135 x 8 x 3

    Curls:
    45 x 5
    70 x 5 x 3

    Conditioning:
6 rounds on the rower - 100m sprints with about 1 min rest in between.

    Notes:
First day of Texas Method programming on the presses. Probably could have gone up another few pounds on bench but I didn't want to over-do it on my first volume day. Went with a pretty conservative weight on the press as well (since it was taking a back seat this week anyway) but I barely eeked out the last few reps on the final set. Most of my 100m sprints were around 37 seconds.

    Squats:
    45 x 5 x 2
    135 x 5
    225 x 2
    315 x 1
    365 x 1
    415 x 1
    450 x 1

    Deadlifts:
    135 x 5 x 2
    225 x 3
    315 x 1
    365 x 1
    405 x 1

    Notes:
On fire this morning. Hit 450 for a super grindy squat single and finally pulled 405 for the first time. This ends my short block for screwing around in the gym following the novice progression. Come Monday, it's time to get back to work and go full Texas method on all lifts.

    Bench:
    45 x 5 x 2
    135 x 5
    185 x 1
    205 x 1
    235 x 5

    Press:
    45 x 5 x 2
    95 x 5
    125 x 1
    155 x 3 x 3

    Barbell Rows:
    135 x 5
    155 x 3
    190 x 8 x 3

    Dumbbell Hammer curls:
    25 x 8
    30 x 8 x 2

    Rower:
    4 100 m sprints @ +/- 37 secs with 1 minute rest.

    Notes:
First 4 reps of bench felt good, the final one was super grindy but I got it. The press moved pretty slowly but I never thought I was in danger of missing a rep. Did barbell rows because I had some extra time, and 190 felt super easy. Probably could have jumped up to 200 or so but I was feeling lazy so I didn't. Did some silly bro stuff, some cardio and called it a day.
