Slight form degradation on this third set. Knee bounce in the hole, most evident on reps 2/3. I've been recording all of my working sets, and I couldn't recommend it more.

Wore a pair of Do-Wins to squat in that I have lying around today for the first time. I didn't like it. I used my old VS lifters religiously; maybe these have too much heel? Really, I never acclimated to them. Wore them today for 2 warm-up sets and my working sets. Think I might move on.
Currently squatting in Nanos because Rich Forning squats in Nanos.

Final Deadlift Set 315
Was planning on incorporating power cleans on Wednesdays this week, but couldn't resist the three plate deadlift. They're getting heavy and I see form starting to waver, hopefully Friday will go well and power cleans next week will allow more recovery between deadlift sessions. Began to wear belt on squats today.

Weighed in at 225 last Monday, and 223.5 today. Minor, fluctuating, changes on the scale but my lifts are going up.

Final Powerclean Set 135
Incorporated power cleans today. By the fifth set, my elbows slowed and my rack position was deteriorating. I was catching my collar bones here on this last set. 135 is light enough that I was just going through the motions toward the end.
