Squats - 1st work set was pretty slow, but by the 3d squats were feeling pretty good so I did 4 reps on last 2 sets, rather than 3 reps each set as planned.

Tried these out for a alternative to deads for some workouts. The weights were enough to make hamstrings a bit sore the day after.
