Squats - 1st work set was pretty slow, but by the 3d squats were feeling pretty good so I did 4 reps on last 2 sets, rather than 3 reps each set as planned.

Tried these out for a alternative to deads for some workouts. The weights were enough to make hamstrings a bit sore the day after.

Lost ground on press, probably b/c it was over a week since I last did it. Bench progress not enough to make up for lack of frequency on Press. Maybe cut out bench?

After a nearly 2-week break from training:

    45x5x3
    70x5
    90x5

    35x10x2
    45x5x2
    50x5 55x5
    60x4x5
Rack Pull - appx 3 inches above floor level
    105x5
    120x5
    135x5
    150x4x3
    Chest press machine
    65x5
    55x5

Not too bad, for having been off training for so long. Rack pulls instead of DL because I am in Indiana, where the Y does not have regulation diameter plates under 45 lbs each.

Youíve made great progress in around a year and a half! Congrats.
Iím regards to your post about benching, why are you thinking of cutting it out? Do you have an injury that is aggravated by the bench movements?
My apologies if I missed something you previously mentioned
