Small group w/coach continued...
Really starting to feel tired and worn down. The squats were ok, but could only do one set of the 5lb increase on bench presses (did two more sets at last session's weight) and had nothing in the tank after one set of pulls at a new PR. The class is Monday/Wednesday, and doing 3 sets of heavy (to me) deadlifts with 48 hours rest may be a bit much for my 59-yr-old novice self. Rest is good, calories are good. Monday will tell! There's only one more week of class, then I'll need to settle into a new-different rhythm. Not sure what that looks like yet.
Work Sets
Squat: 220 x 5 x 3 (PR)
Bench press: 135 x 5, 130 x 5 x 2 (135 x 5 is a PR)
Dead Lifts: 265 x 5 (PR) was scheduled for 3 sets but couldn't even get the first rep of the 2nd set.

Was feeling really wrecked yesterday (day after)... achy knees and shoulders and overall beat. But happily I'm feeling MUCH better today. Will probably skip my accessory workout today and hopefully be fresh for Monday.

Felt really strong after a few days of rest. Pretty stinking stoked to be squatting 2 plates! Also backed off to 1 set of dead lifts.
Work Sets
Squat: 225 x 5 x 3 (PR)
OHP: 80 x 5 x 3 (PR)
Dead Lifts: 275 x 5 x 1 (matched PR)
